I came expecting some form of route planning app. Instead, you just do a list of pros and cons. Not much use really.
We could be just another app / map site, but there are already various other sites which do a great job on that. Our aim is to give a few suggestions about the best places to visit by car or other means, then you can plug those routes into the relevant mapping software to your heart’s content!
Why do you seem to have advice for just about every village in Scotland, but not for London? Don’t people fly there too?
We will get round to London, but there is a lot of info to consider. The provisional verdict is yes, for reasons we will explain in due course. Scotland was an easy focus as its somewhere I know well, and it has a great mix of driving country, scenic rail routes and ferry services.
